Invest in Pre-enrollment Programming

  • Significantly expand our current college prep programs – STEP, Operation STEM, and Math Core
  • Introduce residential summer enrichment component

Review and Update Curriculum

  • Engage faculty in a curricula review focused on required courses for majors, streamlining degree pathways, developing certificate programs, and establishing new degree programs to meet workforce needs
