Sponsored Student Letter Request

Most of the letters you may need to submit to your embassy or sponsor—such as a study plan, approval for online course enrollment, confirmation of academic progress, or degree completion verification—are issued by your academic coach. Please contact your academic coach (see your Network in Starfish for a list of your coaches and how to contact them). 

FERPA Release Form Submission

All sponsored students must submit a FERPA Release Form if they want to authorize CISP to provide their sponsors with requested academic information.

Please follow these steps:

1. Download and complete the FERPA Release Form.
2. Save the completed form to your computer or take a clear picture of it.
3. Log in to the CISP Portal using your CSU credentials.
4. Click “Control Center” near the upper-right corner of the page.
5. On the next screen, select “FERPA Release Form Submission.”
6. Upload your completed FERPA form and submit the submission request.
