TEDxClevelandStateUniversity Speaker Profile: Lidiia Reviakina
As TEDxClevelandStateUniversity approaches, we'll profile each speaker who will take the stage at the event.
Meet Lidiia Reviakina.
Reviakina is a digital creator, observational comedian and entrepreneur whose work explores identity, communication and belonging. After immigrating from Ukraine to the United States at age 12, she faced the challenge of learning a new language, an experience that sharpened her awareness of tone, behavior and social dynamics. Those observations became the foundation of her comedy and her belief that belonging begins with recognition, not perfect fluency. She has built a combined audience of more than 2 million followers across social media, where she shares humor rooted in everyday human experiences.
Beyond comedy, Reviakina has a background in marketing, technology, data analytics, entrepreneurship and IT project management. She is currently developing a startup through the Weston Ideation Lab Accelerator Program, bringing together creativity, business and technology to solve real-world problems.
The topic of her talk is Before I Spoke the Language, I Learned to Make People Laugh.
