Leilah Flores Named 2026 Cleveland State University Valedictorian

Leilah Flores from North Olmsted, Ohio, has been named valedictorian of the spring 2026 graduating class from Cleveland State University (CSU) Monte Ahuja College of Business. She is earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management with a certificate in Health Informatics.

Flores’ professional experience includes working as an insurance specialist at Meduit, serving as a patient service specialist at Cleveland Clinic and currently working as a project talent intern at Team NEO.  

She received numerous honors, including induction into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society and acceptance into the Glasscock Scholars Program. She later served as vice president of the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society for first-year students and is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. 

“From my academics and professional life, to who I am as an individual, I believe I portray all the necessary attributes to represent CSU as a valedictorian,” said Flores. “I have worked extremely hard to get to this point from day one, and I am grateful to have spent the last four years at this college.”   

CSU congratulates Leilah Flores on her exceptional accomplishments and wishes her continued success in the healthcare field.
