The Office of Capital Planning manages all renovation and new construction projects at Cleveland State University.  Our department works closely with internal and external constituents to balance cost, schedule, and quality objectives for each project in order to provide the highest level of amenities with the funding available.

Our services include estimating, scope review, proposal development, contract bid documents, provider selection, product specification, and oversight of all project deliverables.  Our office maintains an online library of standards and guidelines for building systems, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and signage.  In addition, we maintain project record documents and space use data for all of our buildings.

Capital Planning is a part of Hospitality and Facility Services, and we are committed to serving our campus in alignment with CSU's strategic plans and mission statements.
